photosets is simulated, and the safety of our actors is of paramount importance.
Untamed Creations has copyright on all its content. No picture, video, video clip or still may be published anywhere on the internet or any other medium without our written consent. Untamed Creations owns the copyright on all material including custom made material and any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, renting, lending, re-selling, exporting or public performance is prohibited. Violation will result in legal action. No refunds will be given when orders are made for photosets from our existing portfolio, or when a custom made project has been agreed. When producing a custom made project, production may be rescheduled if an actor is unavailable or if weather conditions make the filming or shooting impossible. If an actor is no longer available to feature in a custom made project a replacement will be agreed with the customer. |
